Unless explicitly transferred via a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA), all content, software architectures, algorithms, designs, and materials created by 7AM Technologies remain our exclusive intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables will be assigned intellectual property rights only upon full payment of the agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Operational Engagement & Conduct

When utilizing our platforms or engaging our engineering teams, you agree to conduct business with professionalism and rigorous precision. Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of 7AM Technologies infrastructure will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

4. Disclaimers & Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we build systems with quiet authority and enterprise-grade architecture, 7AM Technologies makes no absolute warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted operational uptime, barring any explicit Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined in an active contract.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall 7AM Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our systems or services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operational jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of our primary business registry.
